General Terms
- INBA Global Members must adhere to the INBA PNBA Global terms & conditions.
- All athletes must have a current INBA Global Membership to register for an INBA
PNBA New Zealand event. - All INBA Global Members agree that by taking part in an INBA PNBA New
Zealand competition the members hereby permit use of their, image and/or
voice, as recorded, photographed, or filmed during any INBA PNBA New Zealand
Event to appear in connection with INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND or the
advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever throughout the world
and the member will not be entitled to any fee for such use. - INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND reserves the right to ban, disqualify or dismiss any
athlete prior, during or after an event if they do not comply with the terms &
conditions of their INBA Global Membership. - Decisions of INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND Judges are final and enforceable; as a
member of INBA Global you agree to not bring any claims, arbitrations, lawsuit
or litigation in any other court or tribunal against INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND, its
staff, or associates. - These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND Fees - INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND Event entry fees are as per inbapnba.nz and are
subject to change without notice.
INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND Events - INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND Events may be conducted anywhere on mainland
New Zealand. - All INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND Events are International Events. All current INBA
Global Members are eligible to enter. - INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND has the discretion to conduct amateur and/or
professional Events. - All Event details including dates, locations and times will be confirmed on
inbapnba.co.nz and/or INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND social media accounts. - INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND Events are subject to change without notice.
- INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND categories & divisions are available at inbapnba.co.nz
- Athletes are required to follow all written instructions provided by INBA PNBA
NEW ZEALAND - Spectator tickets are available for INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND Events at
inbapnba.co.nz - INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND may provide details of third-party service providers
for INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND Events. Including, but not limited to photography
and/or videography, tanning, and hair & make up. These third-party service
providers will be the only service providers in their field of expertise permitted
to operate on the property of any INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND Event.
INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND Cancellation Policy - INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND Event entry fees are non-refundable unless under
circumstance where INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND is legally required to provide a
refund. - Should an INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND Event need to be cancelled due to
circumstances outside of the control of INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND including but
not limited to, venue circumstances, natural disasters, technical failure or
pandemic, a refund of the Event entry fee will be granted.
PNBA Pro Card - Athletes at all INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND Events may be offered PNBA Pro
qualification status. - INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND will use the PNBA Pro rules and regulations as
outlined by INBA PNBA Global at naturalbodybuilding.com
Anti-Doping - INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND is a natural federation.
- Athletes with a current INBA Global Membership may be subject to a drug test in,
or out of, an INBA PNBA NEW ZEALAND Event. - Athletes are subject to the drug testing rules and regulations as per their current
INBA Global Membership.
