- PNBA Pro qualifier (up to 15 Pro cards)
- Athletes who gain pro qualification on the show day will be eligible to compete in Professional divisions on the same day after purchasing PNBA Membership and registration fees

- Athlete Check-In (Judging table) 6-9pm – all athletes can collect their numbers, INBA PNBA New Zealand athletes gift pack & T shirt.
- Athletes Briefing (Auditorium) 7.30pm – Please arrive promptly to receive important show day information.
- Tanning (the dressing room at the end closest to the back stage) – athletes can book in with our official tanner Tricia from Delish Tan here to arrange your time for your base coat on Friday night 5-9pm after that book your time for top coat on SAT 12 Sept with the tanner. (One tanning fee for both base Friday night and top coat Saturday)

Dressing room at the end closest to backstage. Book in with our official tanner, Tricia from Delish Tan, to arrange your base coat on Friday night 5–9 PM, then your top coat on Saturday 12 September. One tanning fee covers both the base coat (Friday) and top coat (Saturday).
