Arnold Fitness was founded in August 2015. We are a Personal Training Centre located in Auckland, New Zealand, we specialise in Gym Equipment Sales. NZ POWER is our self-created registered Gym Equipment brand. 

The founder of Arnold Fitness, PNBA PRO Arnold (Cao Xiaojun – pictured), has been practicing in natural bodybuilding for over 25 years and has won medals in natural bodybuilding competitions in China, USA and New Zealand in the past 20 years. 

We are committed to promoting natural bodybuilding, aiming to help more people achieve their fitness goals of fat loss, muscle gain, and sculpting etc. through natural and healthy training methods. Our clients range from individuals looking to improve their physical condition, beginners in the fitness industry, to experts with years of experience in fitness and bodybuilding. 

Our NZ POWER equipment brand has been serving hundreds of personal training studios and commercial gyms across New Zealand for years. We also provide fitness facility setup services for communities, schools, athletics clubs, and more. 

In the future, we will continue to drive the development of the fitness industry in New Zealand and continue to promote Natural Bodybuilding through our services and products.
